Prior to Peak entering the wireline tool manufacturing market, the existing principles of mechanical Slickline technology had remained practically unchanged for many decades, there had to be a differentiator between the new Peak range of well intervention products and the range of products readily available.

The design team drew upon findings and comments from across its customers as well as the experience and expertise of many experienced operational Well intervention technicians to determine common causes of tool failures and negative design features.
